About this grant

Provides reimbursement funding to pro-life nonprofit organizations in West Virginia that serve pregnant women, children aged 2 and under, and their parents or caregivers. Organizations must be located in or maintain branch offices in West Virginia and agree to a range of program compliance requirements. Services already funded by other government grants are not eligible for reimbursement.

Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) organization, applying for 501(c)(3) status, or operating under the umbrella of a 501(c)(3)
Organization must be located in West Virginia or maintain one or more branch offices in West Virginia
Must serve pregnant women, children aged 2 and under, or parents/guardians/caregivers of children aged 2 and under
Organization must not provide, promote, refer for, or encourage abortion or abortion services
Organization must not affiliate with any organizations that provide, promote, refer for, or encourage abortion services
Must maintain a pro-life statement on organization website
Services must not already be reimbursed or funded by another government grant
Must permit WVPCC to conduct site visits and inspections
