Grant for Nonprofits Serving Socially Isolated Seniors

Supports organizations that create opportunities for seniors aged 70 and older to engage socially and combat isolation through programs such as volunteering, transportation facilitation, in-home visits, peer support, and community educational programs. Funding is available for research and innovation, capacity building, capital improvements, subsidized access to services, and program costs. Priority is given to programs serving low-income seniors living independently.
