About this grant

Supports nonprofit organizations addressing the needs of women and girls through education, economic empowerment, physical and mental health, violence prevention, and gender equity initiatives. Eligible projects must encourage healthy development of girls and promote gender equity in the community. Faith organizations are eligible for non-discriminatory, nonsectarian activities that benefit the broader community.

Eligibility

Must be a charitable organization in good standing at time of application
Must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization or public institution
Faith organizations must fund activities that are non-discriminatory, nonsectarian, and benefit the larger community
Must serve Harrison, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, or Taylor Counties in West Virginia
Project must address needs of women and girls in the community
