Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit organization with an EIN
Organization must not discriminate in staffing or services on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, disability, or national origin
Project must empower women and girls to achieve their potential
Must serve residents of Delaware (New Castle, Kent, or Sussex County)
Must submit financial statements (990 Part VIII or board-approved accounting records) for 2023 and 2024
