About this grant

Funds programs that help youth ages 13–26 in North County San Diego remain stably housed through homelessness prevention and diversion efforts. Grants support just-in-time 'flex funding' to bridge short-term resource gaps such as utilities, rent, medical bills, and car repair. The program targets organizations addressing the unique housing challenges faced by at-risk youth.

Grants not made to supporting organizations or private, non-operating foundations
If using a fiscal sponsor, a cooperative relationship must be clearly demonstrated
Programs must serve youth ages 13–26 at risk of homelessness
Programs must serve residents living in North County San Diego
