• Up to $40,000 grant award
• 12-month grant period from May 2027 through May 2028
• Payment scheduled for June 2027

• Initial LOI/proposal submitted through the Foundation portal by October 6, 2026 at 12:00 noon CDT
• Invited Stage 2 full proposal due December 11, 2026 at 12:00 noon CST
• Confirmation of 501(c)(3) public-charity status
• Demonstration of at least three years of operating history
• Evidence of North Texas service-area fit
• Proposal centered on women, girls, and their families

• Must be a current 501(c)(3) public charity
• At least three years of operating history
• Must serve Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Tarrant Counties and immediate surrounding counties
• Must align with Texas Women's Foundation mission and values
• Must center women, girls, and their families in the proposed work
• Organizations funded in May/June 2024, 2025, or 2026 must sit out three years before reapplying
• One proposal per organization
