Funds projects that enhance safe, sustainable off-road recreation across Nevada, including trail construction and maintenance, signage, land acquisition, safety education, and law enforcement compliance efforts. OHV registration dollars are reinvested directly into Nevada's trails, public lands, and recreation infrastructure. Off-road clubs, nonprofit organizations, law enforcement agencies, and government entities are encouraged to apply.

Must operate or propose projects within Nevada
Must apply through the Nevada Infrastructure Finance System (NIFS)
Must complete mandatory training materials
Must notify the program after creating a NIFS account
