Grant for Out-of-School Time Programs Serving High-Poverty Schools

Supports high-quality out-of-school time programs that provide academic enrichment, youth development, and family engagement opportunities for students attending high-poverty and low-performing schools. Funded under Title IV, Part B of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), this multi-year grant covers fiscal years 2027 through 2031. Eligible applicants include local education agencies, community-based organizations, nonprofits, institutions of higher education, and other public or private entities.
