Eligibility

Must be a non-profit entity
Programs must primarily serve Puerto Rico
Must operate in one of the four priority areas: education, arts and culture, health, or women's empowerment
Education programs must focus on tutoring/curriculum supplement, early childhood, vocational, college access, or populations with functional diversity
Arts programs must offer artistic training in music, dance, theater, painting, crafts, or literature (proposals for exhibitions only will not be evaluated)
Health programs must address cardiovascular conditions, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease in pediatric or older adults, or autism spectrum programs for children and youth
Women's empowerment programs must support survivors of gender-based violence or women re-entering the workforce
