Grant for Regional Nonprofits Increasing Access to Culturally Appropriate Food Programs

This grant funds nonprofits working to increase access to culturally and linguistically appropriate food programs and services in the Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook county region of Oregon. It is part of the SHARE (Supporting Health for All through REinvestment) program, which requires coordinated care organizations to invest a portion of profits back into communities to address social determinants of health and equity. The program is open to all regional nonprofits aligned with the Equitable Food Systems priority area of the Regional Health Improvement Plan.
