Grant for Residential Service Providers Serving Non-Ambulatory Individuals

Provides funding for physical site modifications to residential homes serving individuals with significant mobility support needs, including bathroom accessibility upgrades, doorway widening, and egress improvements. The grant supports currently vendorized residential service providers in increasing accessibility, privacy, independence, and HCBS Final Rule compliance. Homes not currently licensed for non-ambulatory supports may also apply if willing to obtain the required licensure.
