Must primarily serve an eligible Land O'Lakes dairy member-owner region (East or West Region)
Must support local programs or projects benefiting eligible communities
Applicants headquartered in rural towns with fewer than 50,000 residents are prioritized
Organizations in towns of 50,000–200,000 may be eligible if not suburbs of a larger urban area and located in a primarily rural county
