About this grant

Supports projects that strengthen and modernize Arkansas's rural health system by expanding access to care, improving coordination across providers, and enabling system-wide transformation. Funded projects may address telehealth infrastructure, clinically integrated networks, workforce optimization, transportation, scope of practice expansion, and facility enhancements. Projects must align with at least one PACT objective and present a credible implementation plan with measurable outcomes.

Eligibility

Must be a hospital, FQHC, community clinic, EMS provider, pharmacy, licensed healthcare practitioner, behavioral health provider, CIN, or nonprofit/public entity serving rural Arkansas
Must demonstrate sufficient organizational, operational, and financial capacity to administer grant funds
Must comply with 2 CFR Part 200
Project must clearly align with at least one PACT objective
Must present a credible plan with measurable outcomes and organizational readiness
