Funds community-driven maternal and infant health workforce projects in rural Hawaii communities. Supports initiatives across workforce development, care coordination, perinatal behavioral health, trauma-informed care, access to care, and community strengths. Projects must primarily benefit eligible rural Hawaii communities including Hawaii County, Maui County, Kauai County, and designated rural Oahu ZIP codes.

Must be a Hawaii-based organization, clinic, healthcare practice, community group, cultural practitioner, collaborative partnership, or individual working with a fiscal sponsor

Eligible areas include Hawaii County, Maui County, Kauai County, and designated rural Oahu ZIP codes: 96712, 96717, 96731, 96762, 96786, 96791, 96792, and 96795
