Supports rural vitality in small communities by funding the launch and establishment of new, ongoing programs or projects, as well as enhancements to current services. Eligible focus areas include agriculture, community development, entrepreneurship, housing, leadership development, rural education, and workforce development. Both one-time and multi-year grants are available, with priority given to multi-year proposals.
