Annual grant program supporting rural communities served by NTCA member telecommunications companies. Funds a variety of local projects across four categories: Business & Economic Development, Education & Workforce, Health & Well-being, and Public Service & First Responders. Applicants must partner with an NTCA member company to submit their application.

Completed application form (based on application guide)
Project proposal submitted to NTCA member partner by their chosen deadline
Application submitted through Member Central by NTCA member partner by September 4, 2026

Eligibility

Must partner with an NTCA member telecommunications company
Must not have received FRS grant funding within the past two years
Project must be fully fundable by $5,000 or have at least 75% of required funds already secured
Must be a nonprofit organization, school, community group, municipality, or similar organization
Not available to individuals, for-profit businesses, or international organizations
Project must not be for overhead expenses, lobbying, religious activities, or capital campaigns
