Grant for Rural School-Based Healthcare Providers

Funds qualified healthcare organizations partnering with rural Iowa schools to deliver medical, mental or behavioral, and dental health services at school sites. Applicants may establish new school-based service sites or expand existing ones by adding at least one additional service line. The program supports integrated care delivery models that bring preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services directly into rural school settings.
