Grant for Schools and Nonprofit Educational Organizations Supporting Waste Reduction

Provides project-specific funding to schools and nonprofit educational organizations to support sustainable waste management efforts including waste reduction, reuse, recycling, composting, and other waste diversion strategies. Projects must be new or expanding and actively involve students and educators. Past recipients have launched composting programs, replaced single-use cafeteria ware, and expanded recycling access paired with student-led education campaigns.
