• Must be a senior center with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or a governmental entity
• Eligible nonprofit senior centers must be legally chartered in Tennessee
• Universities and Colleges are eligible only if they are governmental entities
• Must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI)
• Must use artists from the TAC Creative Aging Artist Roster
• Programs must serve adults aged 60 and older
• Programs must run 4–12 consecutive weeks
• Arts organizations receiving revenue from a 'New Specialty Earmarked Plate' under T.C.A 55-4-301 are ineligible
