Eligibility

Must operate a small business in an occupied ground floor location conducting in-person, customer-facing business within the City of Portland
Must have 50 or fewer employees
Must maintain consistent hours of operation
Must have sustained physical damage due to break-ins or vandalism OR have taken steps to prevent such damage
