Supports projects that enhance quality of life in South Carolina communities across three focus areas: Vibrant Economies (workforce development, community revitalization, economic recovery, and energy/engineering education), Climate Resiliency (environmental conservation and climate change mitigation), and Justice, Equity, and Inclusion (access to natural spaces for underserved communities, clean energy transition support, and diversity initiatives). Projects must have budgets of $20,000 or less.
