Supports unconventional approaches and breakthrough ideas that advance health equity and contribute to a Culture of Health. Projects may focus on the Future of Evidence, Future of Social Interaction, Future of Food, or Future of Work, or other novel approaches to improving health equity. The program welcomes proposals from scientists, artists, community leaders, urban planners, and others with new ideas that could alter the trajectory of health and well-being for generations to come.

Preference given to applicants tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
Applicants must not be private foundations or Type III-supporting organizations
Applicant organizations must be based in the United States or its territories
Submissions from teams including both U.S. and international members are eligible, but the lead applicant must be based in the United States
