About this grant

Funds small and large-scale programs that improve safety, health, education, and food security for youth at risk of homelessness. Supports efforts to stabilize housing for families in crisis, increase educational access, provide nutritional food, and improve mental health for at-risk youth. Also supports youth aging out of foster care.

Multi-year grant of up to $50,000 per year for up to three consecutive years

Must be a nonprofit or community partner organization
