About this grant
A flexible matching grant program that supports nonprofit organizations working on affordable housing initiatives in Indiana and Michigan. Member financial institutions partner with FHLBank Indianapolis to provide matched funding for priority areas including emerging affordable housing developers, housing stability services, housing counseling, rural housing capacity, community land trusts, and heirs' property resolution. The member financial institution must commit a minimum 25% match to FHLBank Indianapolis funds.
