About this grant

Provides reimbursement funding for tennis facility improvements at schools and parks and recreation departments in Rhode Island. Eligible purchases include nets, wind screens, court maintenance equipment, and on-court benches. Public and private schools are eligible, provided tennis courts are open for free public play when not in school use.

Eligibility

Must be a school (public or private) or parks & recreation department
Tennis courts must be open for free public play when not in school use
Must submit a complete grant application form
Must make purchases and submit receipts for reimbursement up to $1,000
Tennis balls are not eligible for this grant
