Microgrant for Environmental Justice Community Nonprofits

Supports community-led projects addressing environmental justice in Utah, including issues such as disproportionate exposure to environmental harm, inequal access to environmental benefits, and threats to Native Nations' lands and sovereignty. Projects must focus on environmental justice in Utah but applicant organizations do not need to focus solely on environmental issues. The initiative is funded through a Mellon Foundation grant to the Environmental Humanities Program with a focus on amplifying Indigenous lands, lives, and knowledges.
