Provides one-time small grants to nonprofit organizations responding to specific, unanticipated events, opportunities, or challenges that threaten their ability to support gender equity work. The fund prioritizes urgent needs in areas such as reproductive justice, safety from gender-based violence, economic self-sufficiency, and girls' leadership development. Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or have a fiscal sponsor
The event, opportunity, or challenge must be unanticipated and require urgent action
Program/service must primarily serve women, girls, or gender expansive individuals
Must provide services in one or more of the following counties: Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Camden, Burlington, or Gloucester
Proposal must address one of four core pillars: reproductive justice and sexual health, safety against gender-based violence, economic self-sufficiency and justice, or leadership development of girls and gender expansive youth
Grant funds must be able to have an immediate impact on the defined issue
Organization must not have policies, programs, or advocacy that conflict with Women's Way's position on reproductive health care including abortion
Priority given to organizations with annual budget under $2 million and those who have not received Women's Way funding in 2025
