Supports nonprofits, governmental entities, and schools working to address social, economic, and environmental factors that shape health outcomes. Grants are available year-round on a rolling basis.

Must align with at least one BFO grant pillar
Must serve residents located within at least one Indiana county in the BFO service region: Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Martin, Orange, Perry, Pike, and Spencer
Must be a nonprofit, governmental entity, or a school
Must not be in competition with programs/services provided by Deaconess Memorial Medical Center
