Supports nonprofit organizations working in specific South St. Petersburg zip codes to fund community events, new programming, pilot projects, and community-based activities that address social determinants of health. Projects must align with health equity goals and serve residents in the priority zip codes of 33705, 33711, and 33712. Applications are reviewed monthly on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted.

Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit organization or have a fiscal sponsor/agent
Fiscal agent may charge no more than 5% of the funding request for administrative costs
Must be in good standing and compliant with any past or current Foundation grants
Activities must occur within the current calendar year (2026)
All activities must take place and/or serve in ZIP codes 33705, 33711, and/or 33712
May only receive funding for one Together With Our Community application per calendar year
Funding requests must be for projects that have not yet occurred
Funding requests must be for projects completed by December 31, 2026
