Rolling Grants for Arts Projects and Community Arts Access

• Cash grant awards across multiple programs (Arts Access, Artist Residency, TranspARTation, Access Creative Aging, Individual Artist Opportunity, General Operating Support, Special Projects)
• Support for arts programming aligned with community needs and seasonal schedules
• Funding for teaching artist residencies in schools
• Support for creative aging programs for adults 55+
• Professional development and presentation opportunities for individual artists
• Transportation cost support for schools attending arts events

• Online application via Grant Management Portal
• Applications submitted at least six weeks prior to project start date (Arts Access)
• Eligibility screening
• Panel-based or professional review where applicable

• Must be a Delaware-based organization, school, or individual artist
• Arts Access applicants must submit at least six weeks prior to project start date
• Organizations receiving General Operating or Project Support from the Division are not eligible for Arts Access
• Artist Residency grants are for Delaware pre-K through 12 public, charter, private, and parochial schools
• Community-Based Organizations must be non-profit Delaware organizations, colleges, universities, or government entities
• College and university projects must be non-credit and serve the general community
