Additional information about organization history and promotional literature
Copy of Public/Private Partnership agreement signed by both parties, if applicable

Eligibility

Must be a Kentucky-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Kentucky state or local government agency, or individual forming a public/private partnership with a qualifying organization
Out-of-state 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible if programs provide curriculum or educational projects within Kentucky for Kentucky residents
Individuals must enter into a written partnership contract with a state, county, local government, or school
No more than 5% of grant funds may be used for administrative/clerical staff wages for 501(c)(3) organizations
No grant funds may be used for administrative/clerical staff wages of Kentucky state or local government agencies
Applicant must demonstrate ability to cover project costs exceeding the grant award
Written confirmation of other funding sources required if project costs exceed grant amount
Project must relate to bicycle and/or pedestrian safety education or public awareness
