Grant for Community-Based and Faith-Based Organizations Improving Maternal and Infant Health

Supports community-based and faith-based organizations implementing projects that improve maternal and infant health outcomes in Franklin County, Ohio. Funded projects must address at least one of several focus areas including prenatal healthcare access, quality education, community connection, financial stability, housing quality, or support for women and families affected by substance use and interpersonal violence. The goal is to expand organizational capacity and reduce disparities in infant mortality.
