About this grant

Supports nonprofit organizations working within specific moku (districts) across Hawaiʻi on projects focused on ʻāina restoration, cultural and ecological stewardship, and community resilience. Funded projects may address forest and watershed conservation, coastal stewardship, marine restoration, knowledge sharing, disaster preparedness, or community governance. This pathway is designed for individual organizations whose projects are better suited for direct funding rather than a collaborative approach.
