Grant for Community-Based Nonprofits Serving Rural Older Adults

This program supports community-based organizations in rural New York to deliver mental wellness programming for older adults, helping them build mental wellness skills and connect with support resources. Selected organizations receive an honorarium along with training, technical assistance, and ready-to-use program materials to implement the initiative.
