About this grant
Supports organizations whose work builds on community assets or turns community challenges into opportunities for positive change in Lancaster County, Fort Lawn, and Great Falls, South Carolina. Funded projects must strengthen at least one priority health indicator area and prioritize multi-sector collaboration with nonprofits, businesses, and/or government entities. The process is invitation-based following an initial interest form submission.
