Grant for Community-Serving Nonprofits in Rural Barstow Area

Funds visible, place-based physical improvements that strengthen trusted community institutions and promote health, safety, resilience, and belonging. Eligible projects include community wellbeing hubs, built environment and infrastructure improvements, last-mile capital funding, and other physical improvements enhancing health or community access. Priority populations include youth, families with children, seniors, and veterans.
