About this grant
Supports a single grantee to develop and implement a plan to observe publicly funded infant and toddler classrooms and child development homes using the CLASS Second Edition Infant-Toddler assessment tool. The grant aims to increase program quality across DC's mixed delivery early childhood system, provide targeted professional development, and align pre-K and infant/toddler observations. Eligible applicants include nonprofits, for-profits, faith-based organizations, and postsecondary institutions with demonstrated expertise in early childhood education and large-scale program evaluation.
