Eligibility

Must be a registered 501(c)(3) organization or partnered with a registered not-for-profit fiscal agent
Must have licensed attorneys on staff with at least two years of immigration law experience
All professionals (attorneys, social workers, etc.) must have appropriate professional licenses and be in good standing
Must demonstrate a strong record of providing high-quality legal representation to immigrant Hoosiers
If serving detained individuals, must demonstrate ability to consult with and represent clients in area detention facilities
Must commit to community engagement and building power in communities impacted by immigration enforcement
Organizations adding a new immigration department must have a track record of serving immigrant community members for the last 5 years
