About this grant

Supports grants for local law enforcement agencies to prevent, enforce, and prosecute cybercrimes against individuals, as well as funding for a national resource center on cybercrimes against individuals. The program addresses technology-facilitated abuse and related crimes. Two tracks exist: one for state, tribal, and local government law enforcement, and one for nonprofit organizations to operate a national resource center.

Eligibility

For Local Law Enforcement Grants: eligible applicants are states, Indian Tribes, and units of local government
For National Cybercrimes Resource Center: eligible applicants are nonprofit private organizations with experience working on issues of cybercrimes against individuals
Applicants must certify grant funds will not be used for out-of-scope activities (subject to court-ordered stay)
