About this grant

Provides general operating support to nonprofit organizations and fiscally sponsored organizations delivering direct services to LGBTQ+ persons and communities in Texas. The program prioritizes historically under-resourced communities, including rural and border communities, and supports initiatives that advance equity, justice, and transformational change for LGBTQ+ Texans.

Demographic data on populations served (race/ethnicity, age, identity, disability, PLHIV)

Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or have a fiscal sponsor
Must serve LGBTQ+ persons and communities in Texas
Must support transformational change and inclusivity of all LGBTQ+ individuals as well as racial equity in Texas
Must not be a national organization or affiliate (except for locally developed programs meeting local Texas needs)
Must not be a government agency
Only one application per organization per year
Initiatives must be within the State of Texas
