Grant for Licensed Child Care Providers Focused on Nutrition and Physical Activity

Supports licensed child care providers in Pennsylvania in implementing a continuous quality improvement process focused on obesity prevention, nutrition, and physical activity practices and policies within early care and education settings. Participants use the Go NAPSACC evidence-based tool for self-assessment, action planning, and policy development, and are paired with a Child Care Health Consultant at no cost. The grant funds staff time and materials needed to complete the program requirements.
