About this grant

Provides equity grants to nonprofit affordable housing developers, owners, and operators to construct and operate permanent supportive, low-income, and working poor housing units. Projects must serve the most vulnerable individuals and families earning up to 30% AMI. Funding aims to reduce homelessness across Arizona communities.

Eligibility

Must be a nonprofit affordable housing developer, owner, or operator
At least 5 years of experience managing and operating sustainable supportive housing
Projects must serve individuals and families earning up to 30% AMI
Must be focused on permanent supportive housing
Pre-qualification required: received grant or loan funding in the previous 24 months from LISC, Arizona Community Foundation Affordable Housing Pre-Development Fund, Housing is Healthcare Fund, Arizona Department of Housing, or an Arizona county, municipality, or IDA
Must be in good standing with prior grantee/lender and current on loan payments
Projects that have previously received an Arizona Housing Fund award are not eligible to apply again
