Grant for Nonprofits and For-Profits Serving Homeless and At-Risk Populations

Provides funding for the development of affordable rental housing, nonprofit operating assistance, and nonprofit capacity building assistance to address homelessness and housing instability. Projects must primarily benefit qualifying populations including homeless individuals, those at risk of homelessness, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, and others at risk of housing instability. Rental housing projects must be located outside Omaha and Lincoln city limits.
