About this grant
Funds treatment and recovery support services for parents with substance use disorders who have minor children or are pregnant and are under correctional control. Programs may be delivered in jails, prisons, or as alternatives to incarceration, with the goal of reducing recidivism and improving reentry outcomes for both parents and their children. State, local, and tribal governments apply under Category 1; nonprofits and faith-based organizations apply under Category 2.
