• Decision communicated via email within eight weeks of application

• Online application via The Standard's grant portal
• Grant request form (for general operating, program, or capital support)
• Sponsorship form (for events, exhibitions, performances, or productions)

• Must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization
• Must align with at least one focus area: Healthy Communities, Disability and Empowerment, Cultural Development, or Education and Advancement
• Must operate in or serve one of the prioritized communities (Atlanta GA, Altavista VA, Cincinnati OH, Columbus OH, Dallas TX, Jacksonville FL, Minneapolis/St. Paul MN, Portland OR, White Plains NY)
• Must not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, medical condition, veteran status, marital status, or other protected characteristics
• Must not be a pass-through organization or private foundation
• Must not be a labor or fraternal group, chamber of commerce, service club, or similar body
• Must not influence or promote legislation or support political candidates or philosophies
