• 501(c)(3) determination letter
• Detailed description of how grant funds will be used, including cost estimates
• Organization's Employer Identification Number (EIN)
• Optional: list of board members or officers
• Optional: copy of organization budget
• All supporting documents submitted as a single PDF or ZIP file (max 100MB)

• Must be a charitable, literary, scientific, and/or education-related organization
• Must be located in or serve Miles City, Custer County, and/or Southeastern Montana
• Must be a nonprofit with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, a church, or a government entity
• Applications due at least two weeks before a scheduled board meeting to be reviewed at that meeting
