• Estimated $100,000–$200,000 total available for distribution

• Grant award period: December 1, 2026 – November 1, 2027

• Online application submitted through the Community Foundation's grant portal (grantinterface.com)
• New applicants must create an account; returning applicants log in with existing credentials
• Final report of outputs, outcomes, and grant expenses due November 4, 2027

• Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity in good standing with the IRS
• Faith-based organizations are eligible, but projects must not proselytize religious teachings or exclude participants of different faiths
• Must serve Loudoun County
• Proposed projects must serve vulnerable or at-risk children and youth, people with disabilities, or older adults
• Projects must be completed within the grant award period of December 1, 2026 – November 1, 2027
