Eligibility

Must be a 501(c)(3) organization, quasi-governmental entity, or service club willing to team up with a qualified organization
Project must benefit women and children in the Cowley County area
Project must be innovative and have an immediate impact
Organizations promoting a particular religious or political ideology are not eligible
Must use the revised Power of the Purse 2026 Grant Application form
Operating funds and overhead requests will not be considered
Higher education scholarship funding is ineligible
Requests designed to fund one specific family, individual, or situation are ineligible
