• Must be a nonprofit organization or public organization demonstrating charitable intent
• Must serve women and/or children in Topeka/Shawnee County
• Must seek one-year funding only
• For-profit organizations are not eligible
• No direct support of individuals
• No scholarships, capital projects, debt reduction, fundraising events, political campaigns, conference attendance, organizational endowments, or religious/sectarian activities

The Topeka Community Foundation works to improve the quality of life in the Topeka region through an active partnership with donors and others who wish to bring positive change through charitable giving. The foundation manages charitable funds started by individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
