About this grant
Funds charitable organisations to deliver high-quality, job coach-led careers education for young people with learning disabilities in mainstream and SEND school settings. The programme embeds trained job coaches in schools to provide vocational profiling, meaningful work experience, and pathways into supported internships and paid employment. Grants are awarded over four years to organisations working in partnership with schools, families, and employers.
